saturday turned into a fun day!
we first all ventured out to get mama a new pair of running shoes under $40- and success! thank you Big 5 Sporting Goods!
then we chilled at home and the bear took a nice long uninteruppted nap(the last 2 days after an hour or less during his nap he would wake up wailing and would not go back to sleep to finish his usual 2-3hr long nap)
and since rossy and the girls are sick uncle jino couldnt go golfing with papa so......
we packed up our skates and headed to pantera park in db for some skate and slide time:
the bear liked this whale rocker...
he liked that he could rock himself back and forth really fast. he came close to bonking his mouth and forehead several times on the bar he was holding...
mama rode down the hills on one skate while the papa rode with the bear...
the bear ventured through the playground equipment...
mama rode down the different slides with the bear. mama did not like the slides with the extra bump in the middle! and the bear couldnt slide on any of them by himself because of those bumps and stuff!
the bear wanted more of the blue whale!

someday soon we'll get bear his own toddler skate and helmet and stuff and then we could all bombs the hills together!by the time we got back on the road the bear was hungry for some din-din so.... we picked up a naughty Mc D's cheeseburger and fries for the bear
then i cooked some pasta at home for the papa and me!
yay for fun days!
