great aunt gina gave bear katelyns old car seat but it had girl flowers....soo i decided it make a cover for it since buying one costs anywhere from $35-$100+
i found some camo light fleece material. my sis and i worked on it together and voila:
the cover is made to go on top of the existing cover and is not made to replace it!we're thinking of making more- so i need to make a pattern out of it!
the bear doesnt have a little bitty toddler chair to sit in when he watches elmo or just to lounge around in. sometimes he gets tired of standing and sometimes even just sitting with nothing to lean on. when papa sits on the floor with the bear he puts a pillow up against the couch and leans back on it and sits. he decided to put down a pillow for the bear and told him to sit next to papa. so he walked over to it, turned around, plopped his behind on it and slid down till his tushy was touching the floor and he was sitting like his papa! and now he does it all the time! so cute!
by the way-- there's his FAVORITE lion again!

how cute he is Katie! I haven't seen you around lately-- as i haven't been to story time in a while. Liam is just SO squirmy that I'm not sure I want to try to contain him! hahah
PS- love the camo carseat cover! I would buy one off of you if you are going to make more! I like the camo-- then he could be like his dad (always wearing camo shorts ;)) What brand of carseat does it fit?
