Luke started the year off already crawling! I cant believe he's crawling, it's so cute! he makes his way all over the place, going after all his little toys. he's so curious too!
Luke also started us off by driving us to our little play day
okay, okay, his papa helped drive us!
lukey and papa drove us to newport to cruise along the boardwalk. Papa pushed luke in the stroller while mama skated alongside, but it was freeeeezing so that didn't last quite long and we headed back in the car to one of mama's favorite spots that overlooks the harbor....
we plopped down one of the benches to capture a few shots:
and then today mama and lukey did a little skating by the house...
We can't wait for more fun times with the new year with Luke learning new things and trying out different activities like mommy and me groups, music and ministry, skating and surfing and teaching luke more and more about sweet baby Jesus! =)oh ya... i caught a couple of sweet shots in the skyline...

ok, you are wearing shorts and flipflops in january and you think it's cold? it is 30 degrees here. it's days like this that i miss california and hawaii!
