drumming bear

i think we have a little bear rocker on our hands!

he likes to sing and play his toy guitar or strum along on my guitar...

last night i was practicing and papa got out bears drum and he started pounding away and almost on my beat as i played!

he even stomped his little foot as if to hit the bass pedal!

papa tried to get a good pix in.... maybe we should've video taped it!

next time =)
we love our little rockin bear!

some bear videos...

bear likes to "build it" with his blocks... and he also likes

to build himself a little mic and SING!

here's bear kicking around the soccer ball with papa.

snow day fun

today we decided to head to wrightwood for a little snow play.

i would say that i was a little ill-prepared! i didnt bring a jacket and i didnt have a beanie or snow pants for the bear so bear got soaked in his jeans and had to wear one of mama's beanies! ha!

but nonetheless- it was still fun! bear LOVED it!

here's papa and bear on the sled that grandma mia and grandpa dean got us!
towing the bear...

family pic (sorry i look a mess!)

mama and bear going down the hill...

super-papa sledding down...

bear loved the snowballs...

papa and bear on their bellies!

ending our fun... mama and bear!

bear!

bear liked smacking the snow outta papa's hand...

we put snow on top of our luggage rack, but lost it all on the way home =/

when we were driving away from the snow bear said, "bye snow!"

and then papa asked if he liked his snow adventure and bear said it, "snow adventure!"

hoepfully we'll have more snow trips to come and with more family to join us!

let's play!

a few days with a bear...

here are a few things bear has done in the last couple weeks...

he took his first "cousins-bath"

did some gardening with grandpa.... played in the mud & dirt with peyton...
watched America's Funniest Home Video's with Michael...

and swung the pom-poms at music time in school!

ahhh the life of a bear!

Chuck E. Cheesey!

praise God- mama has been subbing a lot at school!

and thankfully auntie and grandma are able to watch and take care of the bear.

today auntie took bear to chuck E cheese's for the FIRST time

with his cousins and their friends!
he was surrounded by girlies!

here's sabrina, karis, bear, tay and peyton:

peyton and bear riding a car together...
auntie said bear LOVED this game cuz he loved that he could throw the ball and it would come right back to him!

lunch! too bad bear is super picky and doesnt like pizza =/

bear and tay-zooooom!

bear had tons of fun with auntie and ALL the girlies.

thanks auntie for taking care of bear!

cheeeeeese bear!

bear LOVES to smile and say cheese!

darius and bear were playing with the trucks when i said "say cheese" and this is the bear face i got! =)

and bear absolutely LOVES CHEESEBURGERS!
it's one of his staples since he is such a picky eater.
but he is getting better at trying different things. last week bear acutally ate some trix and today he actually ate some welches fruit snacks!
cheesey bear =)

bear and peyton!

after i FINALLY got the bears birth certificate at the county recorders office...

we went to the park with auntie rossy and cousin peyton and taylor!

peyton LOVES bear.

she used to call him "behr-beh"

but now she calls him "beeeeeeeee"

bears a little rough with her and is still learning about

being gentle and sharing

and

she still loves him anyways

and she likes to do what ever he does =)

here they are going down the slide

they were having fun untill bear said "helmet" as he spotted a litle kid rolling by on his scooter with a helmet on!

peyton and bear swinging!

bear wanted the blue swing.
and here they are playing in the playset with the woodchips.
bear loves playing in and with the woodchips.
he was pretending it was food
and saying "make it" "cook it" "oatmeal"
here's gorgreous little tay on her scooter:
bear was getting sleepy from swinging

hi bear!

i love park days

and so does bear and his cousins

bear also had his little trike with him that he rode around

while taylor had her scooter

and peyton had the butterfly push toy that ALL the kids loved!

skatin, biking, and kicking in the new year!

Happy New Year 2010!

Praise God for a new year!

On New Years Eve we had dinner with the Martinez' then headed back to Grandpa Dean's for a little to hang out. We headed back well before midnight and snooooozed in the New Year!

It's been pretty relaxing since then so today we headed to the park after Bears nap!

first, we kicked around the soccer ball...

then we got out our skates! we got bear his own little skateboard for Christmas!

We played it "safe" and went skating down the hill on our bottoms...first with papa...
grandma mia taught the bear how to "act"- and pretend fall... bear does this a LOT off of all his toys and he pushes us to make us fall too....oy!

now mama and the bear....

more of bears "acting" hahaha

and some more....

bear liked pushing his skate...

here's all of our skates and our little paws...

mama and papa took turns skating around the parking lot. bear wanted papa to have some water so he tried to chase him around with his water bottle....

shortly after papa ate it and fell cuz his skate hit a rock =/

and now up and down the hill with bears new trike we got him...

bear cant quite reach the pedals so he has to "fred flinstone" it...

mama wanted a picture with the bear but he kept pushing me away =(

yay for park days!
