skatin, biking, and kicking in the new year!

Happy New Year 2010!

Praise God for a new year!

On New Years Eve we had dinner with the Martinez' then headed back to Grandpa Dean's for a little to hang out. We headed back well before midnight and snooooozed in the New Year!

It's been pretty relaxing since then so today we headed to the park after Bears nap!

first, we kicked around the soccer ball...

then we got out our skates! we got bear his own little skateboard for Christmas!

We played it "safe" and went skating down the hill on our bottoms...first with papa...
grandma mia taught the bear how to "act"- and pretend fall... bear does this a LOT off of all his toys and he pushes us to make us fall too....oy!

mama and papa took turns skating around the parking lot. bear wanted papa to have some water so he tried to chase him around with his water bottle....

shortly after papa ate it and fell cuz his skate hit a rock =/

and now up and down the hill with bears new trike we got him...

bear cant quite reach the pedals so he has to "fred flinstone" it...

mama wanted a picture with the bear but he kept pushing me away =(
