im not much of a baker, but i have been following this blog and have been inspired to bake! kinda. Our church had their 1st annual womens cookie exchange so i baked for the FIRST time from SCRATCH some peanut butter cookies dipped in chocolate topped with chopped peanuts! i was sad i didnt win any prizes for that cookie =/ and to be honest-- it was so tough baking from scratch that i didnt even want to taste them! go figure!
mine are in the front. i didnt know people were going all out on display!
today i made these:
i think i may give them out as a little Christmas treat for some neighbors!
last week i wanted to make a treat for the office staff at my school so i dipped some pretzel rods in white and milk chocolate and sprinkled away!

i have one or two more things to "bake" for the holidays!brownies and these yummy chocolate covered cheesecake balls(pops)!

Good job! I am quite the opposite and am a better baker than I am a cook. I make chocolate chip cookies via memory and texture sans recipe. None of that happened this year of course cuz my hands are full! Hope that you had a merry yummy Christmas!
