today we headed for the beach with the martinez fam, the knicks, the visschers & a couple of their friends, and reen stopped by! yay!

in! yay! had so much fun on my first ride of the season! cant wait for more!
shannon is the 3rd grade teacher that i work with everyday. she had baby #2 on saturday... so on friday- there were TWO little suprises. the first one was in the lounge- a little banner, poms and some cupcakes AND her fave- cheesecake!
and then surprise #2 was with the class! decorated a little, made some cupcakes and had some cookies- for the class and their parents!
and now that she in on maternity leave, i get to take over till the last day of school!!!- which, by the way, is only on june 5th! ;) hee hee!
we just started an 8wk Beth Moore series that goes through the book of James with 45+ women from our church! I'm super stoked to be able to lead these ladies in worship alongside my sis! yay! 
it was the perfect weather for the beach so after church we packed up and headed out....
he did a nice little rail grab...
then he finally let papa put him on his belly to catch some lil waves...
after bear played in the waves papa went surfing to enjoy the waves himself....
then he flew his mcqueen kite...
it was a great way to end our weekend! cant wait for more beach days....
